Hey guys! It's been a while since I have written. I have had an incredibly busy year this year (of which I am not complaining), but I am a person who values rest along with the hard work. So in between the busyness I have been spending time with my sweet husband, welcoming our newest family member - Smokey Jackson the 7 year old Beagle rescue - and planning some BIG changes for this business (more of that to come in a later blog post). However, I did want to pop on here and share some images by Melissa Desjardins from a recent wedding that I did at Tuckahoe Plantation!
Bianca and Joey were married on October 1st on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in early fall. They were blessed with a warm day, lots of love from friends and family, and wonderful Richmond wedding vendors. Bianca chose a rich color palette of navy and gold with hints of lavender adding just the right amount of femininity. They were married between stunningly beautiful antique oaks and danced the night away underneath the stars and bistro lights. My favorite part of their day was that they included their beloved dogs (a Bernese Mountain Dog and Chihuahua) in the wedding ceremony (and I must say, they behaved MUCH better than my dogs would have!). Congratulations again you two! May God grant you many happy years together.
Fun fact: I had the opportunity to design some of Bianca's paper goods (programs, menu cards, and bar signs) as you will see below. It was fun! Enjoy the photos!
