Hey hey hey everyone! So the buzz on the streets lately is all surrounding the new bridal boutique here in town that opened it's doors for the first time earlier this month. Annalise Bridal is Richmond's newest bridal haven, and is a pleasant and welcome addition to the Shockoe Bottom area of Downtown Richmond. While there are many great bridal boutiques in the area, Annalise Bridal is tapping in and catering to the bride that no other boutique in Central Virginia does: the luxury, couture, and brand name bride. I, personally am very excited to see the owner, Lindsey Livesay's, dream come to life and to be able to offer this new and exciting option to my brides.
I first met Lindsey back in January when all of this was still but a dream. We had dinner one evening and quickly learned that we have two things in common: 1) we are both Tennessee natives and 2) we both share a die hard and unapologetic passion for the Tennessee Volunteers. Apart from that, I am certain that brides will see right away that she is sweet and kind and has put a lot of planning and care into developing this dream of hers. She has spent the last two years researching the Richmond bridal market, putting together a business plan, finding and working with wedding dress designers, scouting a space, developing her brand and so much more. When I learned that she found her little nook and signed the lease for her space downtown, I couldn't have been happier for her.
I had the pleasure of viewing the boutique for the first time last week, and it was GORGEOUS! It is the perfect blend of industrial meets glamour. With white walls, a gorgeous white settee and charming chandeliers, brides will experience the luxury and personal attention from the moment they set food through the door. As Lindsey described to me in her own words: "Annalise offers a luxury experience for the bride. It's all about her. We're appointment only giving one-on-one attention to each and every bride. Our very beautiful and relaxing environment is a great place to bring close loved ones and share in a wonderful and memorable experience." When you book an appointment at Annalise you will be the only bride in the store and will have a 90 minute slot time to look for and try on wedding dresses. The whole process will be both relaxing and exciting!
The other unique thing about Annalise are the designers they carry. Some of these designers aren't found in any other boutique in Central Virginia and some in the entire state altogether. At Annalise you will find wedding dresses by designers: Amy Kuschel, Anne Barge, Blue Willow, Blush, Hayley Paige (my personal fave!), and Liancarlo. The gowns start at $2,000 and go up to $6,000. In addition, they also carry veils, jewelry, and other bridal accessories by: Untamed Petals, Erin Cole, and Sara Gabriel.
Lindsey is throwing a few parties this week to celebrate the grand opening: one for friends and family and the other for vendors. I am so excited to be attending the grand opening for vendors this Thursday (pictures to come!) and to see what exciting things come from Lindsey and Annalise. If you are interested in scheduling a consultation or learning more about the boutique and what they offer visit the website at: http://www.annalisebridal.com/ or shoot Lindsey an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
